Looks like you want to know how to get the cheapest custom T-shirt printing done? 

Well, you’ve come to WDFA Custom Tees and I don’t know if we’re the cheapest, so we’re not going to take a claim to that. We are trying to be the best and the jury’s out on that. Today however,  we’re  going to tell you how to get the cheapest custom T-shirt done right here right now.

First, you need to buy the actual T-shirt blanks. Our recommendation is to go to a website like jiffyshirts.com  buy yourself a shirt. They have shirts as cheap as $2.25. Sometimes $1.89, If there is a sale. But you can get yourself a nice shirt and then you come to WDFA Custom Tees and you get one of these direct to film transfers. Now on our website, these direct to film transfers cost about $20. But that direct to film transfer is 11.5” by 16”. Keep this in mind.

When you get that transfer. If you’re printing 10 shirts and you need the left chest, which is usually a 3.5” x3.5” . You can actually fit 12 left shirts on that $20.00 sheet.

So technically you’re looking at less than $2 a unit to get that T-shirt printed. And you probably bought the T-shirt for $1.50. All you need to do is get the film and you grab an iron. You press it down and actually push your own ink into the garment. that way you get exactly where you want, and boom, you just created the cheapest custom T-shirt. Now there are services out there like supercolor and so forth that will let you do small imprints, but now you’re looking at $5 or $6 an imprint, plus the cost of the shirt plus the shipping.

It’s easier to just buy a $13.99 shirt from us, but if you want to get 10 custom T-shirts done for 5 bucks, that’s the way you get it done.
